Concept
The need for the show organiser to provide an ordered and professional look for the exhibition, with clearly delineated display areas for each exhibitor, is met with style by the AVEX exhibition system.
Anodised aluminium profiles and grey tweed covered Velcro compatible panels provide a structure, which allows an area for each exhibitor to concentrate on their individual design and branding.
Fascia boards provide a fixing point for a company name board and stand numbers for each exhibitor.
Xhibit Solutions Ltd offer the organiser the opportunity, there is a cost implication, to create an exhibition brand, with a choice of different coloured panels or fascia boards.
Co-ordination
At the early stages of planning the exhibition, Xhibit can provide a site survey, an exhibition floor plan and stand numbering to the client’s specification. Costs will accompany the technical specification and the plan. To assist in the trouble free management of the event Xhibit will co-ordinate the installation of the exhibition and electrical work with the venue. Our onsite managers ensure a first class service, allowing you the organiser to concentrate on other aspects of the event.
Transportation
Xhibit has wide experience of transporting, installing and dismantling exhibitions throughout the UK and Europe.
Electrical
Xhibit Solutions Ltd can undertake any exhibition electrical work, from the supply of standard electrical packages to the complex requirements of a bespoke designed stand, all carried out by fully qualified electricians.
Additional electrics can be ordered direct from us by exhibitors via an order form, this can be included in your exhibitor manual.
Carpet
Be it carpeting of individual stands or complete halls, Xhibit can provide either service. Carpet can be a further opportunity to enhance the appearance of the exhibition by matching or contrasting your exhibition colours.
Graphics
Technical Specification
Our drawings allow exhibitors to design appropriate graphic panels and decide on other accessories. Making sure a stand looks good is important, Xhibit will provide all the technical information exhibitors require to achieve this.
Registration Areas
Constructed from the components of our AVEX shell scheme our registration desks are both practical and functional to make working on them as easy as possible for your registering staff.
At Xhibit Solutions Ltd we are aware that the registration area is the first impression a delegate or visitor gets of your conference or exhibition, so with smart professional units and clear signage we make visiting a hassle free experience for all your delegates.
With interchangeable panels, we can create a corporate brand for your event, by changing the colours or inserting sponsor graphics we can set a theme, which can be followed throughout the exhibition.
Room Divides/Feature Areas
The AVEX shell scheme is an excellent system for temporary room divides, temporary offices as well as feature areas within an exhibition, such as Internet cafes, seminar rooms or general seating areas.
